Drop-in rooms

Since you can’t book drop-in rooms, a presence sensor is great to have installed to be able to show the availability of these rooms on the Flowmap. If someone enters the room, the sensor will know and update the room status on the FlowMap. In this way you don't have to waste your time searching for a room, just look at the Flowmap that will guide you to a vacant room.

Reporting & Analytics

Monitor and manage the booking and utilization data in the analytics portal. Data and easy-to-read graphs display information which management can use to make decisions about their ongoing meeting room requirements.
