Jessica Nordlander is an internationally recognized expert on the future of work. She has held leadership roles in several fully remote organizations and has deep operational experience in building strong, distributed teams. As COO at Vox Pop Labs, she leads a global team with the mission of strengthening democratic participation through technology.
In addition to her operational role, Jessica is also a doctoral student at the University of Gothenburg, where she researches the impact of digitalization on work and organizations.
Jessica has been named one of Canada's 100 most powerful women in tech as well as Sweden's most innovative leader, and she is a regular speaker on work life, leadership, and the role of technology in societal development.
