Flowscape and Sweden’s largest real estate company, Vasakronan, starts a joint product development project to further develop Flowscape’s product so that it can be used in the fast-growing Coworking market segment and be integrated directly to Vasakronan’s smart buildings. The initial contract length is 12 months and Vasakronan will during this period finance the project with 5.5 million SEK.

Flowscape and Vasakronan together developed the first version of Flowscape's smart office solution, which was launched to the market in 2014, and since then Vasakronan has used and marketed Flowscape's solution.

Vasakronan has now decided that they want to intensify the collaboration and integrate Flowscape's solution into their customer offering. The solution will be part of Vasakonan's IT solution for their customers, both in classic offices and in co-working arenas.

Flowscape, together with Vasakronan, will develop features in the product to suit their co-working arenas and directly connect to Vasakronan's smart building platform, and thereby gain access to the existing sensors in the buildings. In this way, thousands of Vasakronan customers will be able to buy Flowscape's solution without the need for new hardware. It enables a very cost-effective and scalable sales channel.

“We are incredibly happy to be able to further develop our product together with Sweden's leading office player so that it becomes even more scalable and can be sold to the fast-growing Co-working segment. We also see this as a great opportunity to further strengthen our position in the Swedish market.” says Peter Reigo, CEO and founder.
