System Update Releases for Q2 2021

We are now releasing our Q2 system updates for all users. Here you will find a quick summary of all new functions available with the release.  

System​ 

• G-Suite Calendar Support in AKS​ 
• On-Prem Linux machine support for LDAP/EWS in AKS​ 
• Support for German language on all clients, except admin portal/Flowmanager/Outlook plugin/USB Desk Check-in.

Admin Portal​ 

We are now introducing advanced booking rules for our clients.  

• Define Teams in Portal (define teams and import teams from Azure AD)​ 
• Booking Rules in Admin Portal (all time BOBO and Booking restriction for rooms and desks)​ 
• Possible to send .ics mail for desk bookings​ 

​Mobile Apps​ 

• Support for InTune Conditional access (MAM) ​ 
• Book desk in future on map​ 
• Face lift of mobile app design​ 

​FlowAnalytics 3.0 ​ 

The FlowAnalytics will now be part of Admin Portal (no need to define access in separate system)​, the update also includes: 

• Room and desk utilization views​ 
• Room and desk portfolio views 

 We are now intunes Verified!
