Book Desks in advance - available in Smartphone App May 2021

Booking desks in advance have been available for our web app since Q1 2021 and has been a highly appreciated feature for effective planning and colleague finding. The same function will now be released for our Smartphone app.  

Booking desks in advance 

Allowing desk booking in advance is today a necessary function to manage both density and guaranteed seating for employees who work in the office. Users can now select dates in the smartphone app and see all bookings made for that particular date and also book a preferred work desk.  

This enables employees to see their colleagues’ bookings and plan seating and collaboration directly from the smartphone app.
