Desk Booking

Prevent double-bookings and save valuable time. Desks and meeting rooms can be booked directly or in advance with just a few clicks. Employees can use our mobile app or web application to easily book a desk or meeting room that fits their needs. Our Desk Booking wizard selects the most suitable desk after desk availability and criteria given, and our calendar function shows colleagues' future desk bookings for effective collaboration.

Create Fault Reports for desks

If you encounter any issues with your desk or meeting room, you can create a fault report with just a few clicks. The report is automatically routed to your chosen destination and a visual reminder will be displayed on the map, alerting other users about the resource issue until it’s resolved.

Find Colleagues

Once a desk is booked, your name will be shown on the Flowmap. It's a perfect way to quickly find a colleague if you need to talk to them or if you want to book a desk close to them. Either look on the map, use the search function, or view colleagues’ future bookings via the calendar function.

Desk booking with automatic check-in

Use our USB Desk Sensor to activate Flowscape's automatic desk check-in function so desks are released after a no-show. Our Desk dongle also books desks automatically for you if no booking was made. The Flowmap will show the desk as occupied together with the user's name. An effective way to show the correct availability status of desks without unnecessary administrative work.

Drop-down Desks

Want to have un-bookable desks? Your Drop-down desks can now be managed with the flexibility they deserve! Our presence sensors detect if someone is using a desk and shows it as red on the map. Our Busy lights can be set up to show if the desk is vacant or not from a distance.
