Desk Booking

Prevent double-bookings and save valuable time. Desks and meeting rooms can be booked directly or in advance with just a few clicks. Employees can use our mobile app or web application to easily book a desk or meeting room that fits their needs. Our Desk Booking wizard selects the most suitable desk after desk availability and criteria given, and our calendar function shows colleagues' future desk bookings for effective collaboration.

Locate booked desks instantly with Wayfinding

No more time has to be spent finding booked desks. All desk bookings made can be found under “my bookings” in the Flowscape app. A great desk booking platform that also shows the exact location of the desk. Whether the desk booking was made for you or by you, it will always be possible to find in just a few seconds with wayfinding.

Create Fault Reports for desks

Inside the desk booking software, you can use the fault reporting feature to instantly create support requests to the facility managers for example. Using the mobile app, you can create a fault report with a few clicks with the option to attach a picture. The report is automatically routed to your chosen destination and a visual reminder will be displayed on the map to alert other users about the issue at the desk or meeting room until it is resolved.

Desk booking with automatic check-in

Release booked desks if no one shows up. Use our USB Desk Sensor to activate Flowscape's automatic desk check-in function so desks are released after a no-show. Our Desk dongle also books desks automatically for you if no booking was made. The Flowmap will show the desk as occupied together with an electronic nameplate. An effective way to show the correct availability status of desks without unnecessary administrative work.

Find Colleagues

Once a desk is booked, your name will be shown on the Flowmap. It's a perfect way to quickly find a colleague if you need to talk to them or if you want to book a desk close to them. Either look on the map, use the search function, or view colleagues’ future bookings via the calendar function.

Drop-Down Desks

Want to have un-bookable desks? Our Presence sensors detect if someone is using a desk and shows it as red on the map. Our Busy lights can be set up to show if the desk is vacant or not from a distance.
