Experience Desk Reservation at its finest. Our 3D map provides an unbeatable overview of your office, displaying all desks and resources – exactly as they are in real life. We provide clear color indication of desk availability – green for accessible and red for booked. Employees can see equipment and location of all desks and make smart decisions about their Desk Reservations.
Desk Reservation
Prevent double reservations and save valuable time. Desks Reservations can be made directly or in advance with just a few clicks. Employees can use our mobile app or web application to easily Reserve a desk that fit their needs. Our Desk Reservation wizard selects the most suitable desk after the criteria given, and our calendar function shows colleagues future Desk Reservations for effective collaboration.
Locate Desks instantly with wayfinding
No more time has to be spent finding Reserved Desks. All Desk Reservations made can be found under “my bookings” in the Flowscape app, which also shows the exact location of the desk. Whether the Desk Reservation was made for you or by you, it will always be possible to find in just a few seconds with wayfinding.

Easy Fault Reporting for Desks
You can use the fault reporting feature to instantly create support requests. The report is automatically routed to your chosen destination and a visual reminder will be displayed on the map to alert other users about the issue until it is resolved.
Automatic desk check-in
Release reserved desks if no one shows up. Use our Desk Dongle to activate Flowscape's automatic desk check-in function so desks are released after a no-show. Our Desk dongle also Reserve desks automatically for you if no booking was made. The Flowmap will show the desk as occupied together with an electronic name plate. An effective way to show the correct availability status of desks without unnecessary administrative work.
Find Colleagues
Once a desk is reserved, the name of the booker will be shown on the Flowmap. It's a perfect way to quickly find a colleague if you need to talk to them or if you want to reserve a desk close to them. Either look at the map, use the search function or view colleagues’ future bookings via the calendar function.
Drop-down Desks
Want to have un-bookable desks? Your Drop-down desks can now be managed with the flexibility they deserve! Our presence sensors detect if someone is using a desk and shows it as red on the map. Our Busy lights can be set up to show if the desk is vacant or not from a distance.
