Experience Hot Desking at its finest. Our 3D map provides an unbeatable overview of your office, displaying all Hot Desks and resources. We provide clear color indication of desk availability – green for accessible and red for booked or occupied. Employees can see equipment and location of all Hot desks and make smart decisions about their desk bookings.

Hot Desking

Employees can use our mobile app or web application to easily book a Hot Desk that fit their needs with just a few clicks. Our Desk Booking wizard selects the most suitable desk after the criteria given, and our calendar function shows colleagues future desk bookings for effective collaboration.

Locate Hot Desks instantly with Wayfinding

All Hot Desk bookings made can be found under “my bookings” in the Flowscape app, which also shows the exact location of the desk. Whether the desk booking was made for you or by you, it will always be possible to find in just a few seconds with wayfinding.

Easy Fault Reporting for Hot Desks

You can use the fault reporting feature to instantly create support requests for hot desks. Using the mobile app, you can create a fault report with a few clicks with the option to attach a picture. The report is automatically routed to your chosen destination and a visual reminder will be displayed on the map to alert other users about the issue until it is resolved.

Automatic Desk check-in

Release Hot Desks if no one shows up. Use our Desk Dongle to activate Flowscape's automatic Hot Desk check-in function so desks are released after a no-show. Our Desk dongle also books Hot desks automatically for you if no booking was made. The Flowmap will show the desk as occupied together with an electronic name plate. An effective way to show the correct availability status of desks without unnecessary administrative work.

Find Colleagues

Once a Hot Desk is booked, your name will be shown on the Flowmap. It's a perfect way to quickly find a colleague if you need to talk to them or if you want to book a desk close to them. Either look at the map, use the search function or view colleagues’ future bookings via the calendar function.

Drop-down Desks

Want to have un-bookable Hot Desks? Your Drop-down desks can now be managed with the flexibility they deserve! Our presence sensors detect if someone is using a desk and shows it as red on the map. Our Busy lights can be set up to show if the desk is vacant or not from a distance.
