Stor Flowscape-kund fortsätter global utrullning

För att anpassa sig till det nya hybrida arbetssättet fortsätter en av Flowscapes globala kunder att rulla ut lösningen till allt fler kontor. Därmed utökas antalet användarlicenser till 15,000. Ordervärdet första året är 1,070,000 SEK och därefter 140,000 SEK årligen återkommande.
Large Flowscape customer continues global rollout

To adapt to the new hybrid way of working, one of Flowscape's global customers continues to roll out the solution to even more offices. Therefore, the number of user licenses is increased to 15,000. The order value in the first year is SEK 1,070,000 (EUR 100,000) and thereafter SEK 140,000 (EUR 13,100) annually.

Årsstämman i Flowscape Technology AB (publ) (”Flowscape ” eller ”Bolaget”) den 1 juni 2022 beslutade att genomföra sammanläggning av aktier 1:100, innebärande att hundra (100) aktier läggs samman till en (1) ny aktie. Stämman beslutade också att bemyndiga styrelsen att fastställa avstämningsdag för sammanläggningen av aktier. Styrelsen har idag, med stöd av bemyndigandet, fastställt att avstämningsdag ska vara den 20 juni 2022.
Record date for reverse split of shares in Flowscape Technology AB

The Annual General Meeting of Flowscape Technology AB (publ) (“Flowscape” or “the Company”) on June 1, 2022 decided to do a reverse split of shares 1: 100, meaning that one hundred (100) shares will be merged into one (1) new share. The AGM also decided to authorize the Board to set a record date for the merger of shares. The Board has today, with the support of the authorization, determined that the record date shall be June 20, 2022.
