Flowscape's hybrid office solution is gaining ground in the Middle East
Flowscape continues its global expansion plan, this time with new offices in the Middle East. The order value for Flowscape's space mansgement solution in the first year is USD 58,400 (SEK 528,400) and thereafter USD 24,300 (SEK 220,000) recurring annually.
Flowscape wins a new contract with a leading professional service company in the Middle East. The customer was looking for a solution for efficient booking of conference rooms and booking of workspaces for eight of its flexible offices in the Middle East. In total, the installation includes room booking, workplace booking and statistics to measure occupancy in the office. In the Middle East area, the company has over 2,000 employees and 7,000 sqm of office space.
In the discussions with the customer, it was prominent that the pandemic had greatly changed the nature of office work, and new solutions are required to guarantee seats for employees, as well as follow guidelines for social distancing. Flowscape's solution was seen as a central part of managing the new way of working.
How to safely return to work following a Global Pandemic
“The customer has chosen Flowscape because we have the market's best interactive map for offices and simplicity for the end user. At the same time, we succeed in combining the customer's requirements for a simple and efficient installation of important functions such as room booking and workplace booking.” Says Gary Bernstein, Country Manager UK.
The solution includes Flowscape Desk Booking Solution and Room Booking Solution. For the employee, it will be easy to find and book vacant desks and rooms from the mobile app, web app and office maps. Room Displays will be used to manage customers' meeting rooms more efficiently and to create a seamless flow throughout the office.
"We see the order as a breakthrough in the Middle East and it is a clear indication that our product meets the new product requirements placed due to the current pandemic. Our customers are now demanding effective tools to ensure safe distances between employees as well as efficient management of meeting rooms and conference areas. We have adapted our existing smart office solution and see good customer demand as companies now plan for a controlled and secure return to the offices." Says Peter Reigo, CEO and founder.
The implementation of the system will take place during December 2021 and January 2022, with the goal of starting the licensing period during the first quarter of 2022.
