Find a colleague

Save time and find your colleagues in the office with Flowscape's dynamic colleague finder capability. Through indoor positioning, you can locate your colleagues even when they are on-the-go. Each employee has to opt into this option to be visible, and they can re-select to become invisible again. You can also define invisible zones, for example the toilets.

Through the Desk Management Solution, you can also locate your colleagues in the workplace.

Visitor management

Welcome your guests to your office with Flowscape's Visitor Management. An automatic welcome email is sent when booking a meeting, which contains all information your guest needs, including a QR-ticket for contactless check-in. Visitors are automatically pre-booked in the reception and added to the evacuation list.

Integrate to other IT systems​

Multi-tenant buildings​

If you share a building with other organizations and utilize some of the same resources, Flowscape's system can efficiently handle multi-tenancy bookings. The system is configured to enable booking of both your own resources and the shared resources within the same building.

Access control​

We can integrate Flowscape's system with your access control system, allowing you to restrict access only to employees who have booked a desk or room and have completed a health self-declaration.
