Global Flowscape customer opens offices and extends licenses

Remote workers meeting up in the office with some potential clients

In connection with a large global existing customer starting to open up their offices, the number of users of Flowscape's space management system, is increasing. The customer thus increases the number of user licenses from 5,000 to 7,000. The order value in the first year is SEK 1,300,000 and thereafter 170,000 recurring annually.

We now see that many companies are starting to open up their offices and the demand for our solutions for the new hybrid way of working is increasing. Solutions for booking

, planning the week with colleagues in the office and statistics on how the office is used are necessary to make the hybrid way of working efficiently. During the pandemic, this customer has run a major project to develop a new office strategy for the new normal after the pandemic. Both working methods, office design and IT solutions will be adapted. Flowscapes Space Management Solution is an important part of this strategy. We are very happy to have worked with this customer for several years, who is at the forefront of personnel and office strategy.” says Peter Reigo, CEO and founder.

This customer is one of the world's 300 largest companies with over 100,000 employees in over 150 countries. The customer has today installed Flowscape's smart office solution in about 140 offices in 50 countries. The solution is an important part of the customer's new office concept, for the new hybrid way of working, where working from home will be allowed up to half the time. In the next few years, the office space will be adapted more for collaboration and less for individual work.

Through the pandemic, Flowscape's solution has been used to limit the number of people in the office and, by blocking workplaces, to ensure that people do not sit too close to each other. Now the solution will be used more for the staff to be able to plan their week together in the office and to ensure that they can sit together the days they are in the office. More advanced booking of meeting rooms, where the rooms are chosen based on who is in the office that day, is also requested. The accurate statistics that the customer receives from the system are also necessary input for how the offices will be rebuilt in the coming years.
